Having the CNMI federalized is what can make the CNMI better. The local government cannot, however make things possible but rather make the people suffer. I totally agree with the federalization. I think that it is time that changes should occur in the CNMI.
Despite of everything the people have gone through, I am sure they are fed up with troubles and difficulties they encounter each day. It is a good news though, that the U.S. Senate passed the bill for having the CNMI federalized. I know many individuals are not satisfied with this movement of having the CNMI federalized but they should understand that the economy is in bad shape and this wouldn’t happen if the economy is good but it seems that it is pretty adverse.
Therefore, if this can possibly make the CNMI suitable then federalization is the key for the economy to boost. There are many agencies that are under the federal government and i’ve seen the way they manage. They really know what they are doing and they know exactly how to handle the way things should be taken care of. Once and for all, the CNMI should be federalized. Thanks to the U.S. Senate.
