Engine repair and power outages continue today
Contractors and power generation mechanics are repairing Cylinder No. 7 of Engine No. 5 at the Lower Base power plant. While these repairs continue, the power plant will require load shedding due to lack of available power generation. As a result of these outages, traffic lights, water and wastewater services will also be affected.
The latest rotating outage schedule is as follows:
9:00am-11:00am Kiya 1: Lateral
Joeten Commercial Complex: CUC, Joeten Grocery, PHI Pharmacy, CNMI Rev & Taxation, Department of Public Lands, Kannat Tabla and the Stanford Hotel area; CPA should continue to self generate until advised by Power Generation
Feeder 3: Lateral
Southern of China Town, Northern Part of Gualo Rai and As Falipe

Portions of China Town and Upper MIHA in Garapan
Kiya 1: Entire Feeder
