The Torres administration’s public outreach presentation is set for today, June 26, to accommodate additional presenters and federal officials who will be on island to further explain recovery goals and economic solutions following the devastation caused by Super Typhoon Yutu.

Members of the public are invited to view presentations from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Marianas Visitors Authority, the Department of Finance, the Office of Management and Budget, and the Office of Planning and Development on the administration’s overall recovery priorities, the decision to reduce spending in order to stabilize government finances, and to discuss a path forward and solutions for the community.

Presentations will be held at the Pedro P. Tenorio Multi-Purpose Center today, June 26, at 5:30pm.

The public outreach will also be streamed live on the CNMI Office of the Governor Facebook page through a collaboration between the Northern Marianas College, IT&E CNMI, and the Governor’s Office. (PR)
