Tan Holdings’ Tango opens theatre in Guam

Tango Theatres, an affiliate of Tan Holdings, celebrated the grand opening of its new 5-plex Agana Center Stadium Theatres in Hagatna, Guam on Nov. 17. The theatre is the second location for the company, joining the 12-plex Micronesian Mall Theatre, which was opened in 1998.

Attending the ribbon-cutting celebration was Guam Gov. Felix Camacho, who thanked the company for its continued investments in Guam, including over $2 million in the new theatre. The governor was joined by other dignitaries including first lady Joanne Camacho, Lt. Gov. Kaleo Moylan, Agana Shopping Center owner Henry Sy, Shopping Center general manager Therese Kamm, Tango vice president Art Gordon, Tan Holdings CEO Willie Tan, president Jerry Tan and many other local dignitaries.

Following the ribbon-cutting, guests were treated to a buffet lunch, a movie and a tour of the theatres.
