Badminton club board meeting this Friday

The Northern Marianas Badminton Federation will have a board meeting this Friday, Nov. 10, 10am at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium.

The agenda for the meeting are the Christmas party on Dec. 16, plans for the 2007 season, and report in the just concluded Inaugural NMBF Tournament.

All NMBF officers, board of directors, and advisers are requested to attend the meeting. Members can also sit through the meeting and have their thoughts heard.

NMBF members regularly play at the Oleai Sports Complex facility on weekdays and weekends. The weekday schedule starts at 8am until around 10 am, while the weekend schedule depends on the availability of the gym.

The association is also encouraging players to adopt scoring in their games to allow more players to use the four courts currently available at the Ada Gym.
