Conference spots going fast

[B]TAMUNING, Guam[/B]—The Pacific Region Investment Conference is set for Nov. 9 and 10 at the Shangri-la Hotel in Makati.

A full slate of speakers is scheduled for the conference. Speakers will include David B. Cohen, deputy assistant secretary for insular affairs at the U.S. Department of the Interior; Corazon de la Paz, president of the International Social Security Administration; and Louis Boulanger, member of the executive committee of the Global Investment Performance Standards and the CFA Institute’s Center for Market Integrity. A flyer is attached for your convenience.

Some places remain open; register immediately to avoid disappointment.

Educational credits are offered for members of the Guam and Northern Mariana Islands Bars, and the Guam Board of Accountancy.

Continental Airlines have also agreed to sponsor the conference, and will be offering fares to Manila from Micronesia at a special discounted rate.
