A guide to Halloween parties on Saipan
It’s Halloween and it’s the right time for a scare and revelry once again.
Here are just some of the Halloween parties and events you, your friends, and your family members can check out starting tonight all the way to Oct. 31.
Tonight, tomorrow night, and on Oct. 31, Fiesta Resort & Spa will give the “chill to your bones and goose bumps” as they treat the local community for a scare inside the Hibiscus Hall for the most frightening Haunted House there is on island. For only $4 entrance fee, you and your friends would get the adventure of a lifetime that is not recommendable for the faint hearted.
Kids will also be treated for Trick or Treat at the Haunted House starting at 3pm on Oct. 31 for only $3 per child. For reservations and inquiries call 233-6414.

Pirates of the Marianas[/B]
[I]Hyatt Regency Saipan[/I]
Kids will be treated to a live adaptation of the box office hit Pirates of the Caribbean Halloween party dubbed “Pirates of the Marianas” at Camp Hyatt for a “Haunted Halloween Carnival.” Kids, age three to 12, will marvel at the fun and adventure starting at 5pm to 7pm for only $15 per child on Halloween night.
Halloween Dinner is set on Oct. 31 at Kili Café and Terrace for only $35 per person from 6pm to 10pm. Children whose parents and family members are dining in the restaurant can participate in the Trick or Treat for free at Camp Hyatt.

[B]An Infectious Halloween[/B] [I]Pacific Islands Club[/I]A haunted house, a mystical dinner, scavenger’s hunt, cocktails, and costume parties await the island’s partygoers on Halloween night at the PIC. A Haunted House that will surely give patrons the creeps will start at 7:30pm for only $5 entrance fee per person.
A “Mystical Dinner” will satisfy all your Halloween cravings on Oct. 31. For only $25 per person, a sumptuous dinner will be served. As a bonus, those who come in costumes will get a whopping 25-percent discount on the dinner. All diners will get free entrance to the PIC Haunted House.
The most outlandish Halloween costumes will win great door prizes at Charley’s Cabaret starting at 9pm. A spellbinding show of a mad scientist and his creations will be showcased at Charley’s Cabaret. Entrance is free. Halloween party will follow with Miller Beer products specials all night.

[B]Halloween Entertainment[/B] [I]Hotel Nikko Saipan[/I]A Halloween entertainment and a special dinner buffet are now all set this coming Halloween. On Oct. 31, a Halloween Special Dinner Buffet for only $25 per adult and $12.50 per child awaits everyone at the Serena Restaurant from 6pm to 9pm. A 20-percent discount is applicable for local adults, and all diners that night will be entitled to a free face painting, costume contest, and the kiddie games.
The Halloween Entertainment will start at 5pm to 7pm for a free face painting for kids. From 6pm to 7pm there will be a Trick or Treat to be held at any Hotel Nikko restaurant.
Halloween Costume Contest will start from 7pm to 7:30pm followed by Kiddie Games from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.

[B]Three Halloween Bashes[/B] [I]Saipan World Resort[/I]It’s Halloween party times three for the Saipan World Resort. First party is for Jr. and Sr. High School Halloween Bash where all CNMI junior and high school students can finally participate in a public party just for them tonight from 5pm to 9pm at the Royal Taga Ballroom for only $8 pre-sale per student and $10 per student at the door.
Next is the Adult Halloween Bash tonight from 9pm to 1am at the Royal Taga Ballroom. There will be a dance party, a haunted house, and costume contest for adults. An all-you-can-drink promotion for the first two hours will be provided. Tickets are pre-sold at $12 per person and $15 per person at the door.
On Oct. 31, the party is all for CNMI elementary students from 5pm to 9pm at the Royal Taga Ballroom. There will be all-you-can-drink soda for the kids. Tickets are only $6 pre-sale per student and $7.50 per student at the door.
All bashes are sponsored by Saipan World Resort and Coca-Cola.
Tickets for the Adult Bash are also sold at the CHC Volunteers Gift Shop, Saipan Canoe Club, Asia Pacific Game Con-MegaByte, and Marianas Distributing X Radio Organization. For the Jr. and Sr. High School Bash, tickets are sold at Marianas High School National Honor Society, Kagman High School Sophomore Class, and Mr. J’s Music Club at ChaCha Oceanview Jr. High School. For the elementary school bash, tickets are sold at WSR Elementary School, Dandan Elementary School, San Vicente Elementary School, Kagman Elementary School Music Club and Saipan World Resort Lobby Lounge.

[B]Revamped at the Club V[/B] [I]Saipan Grand Hotel[/I]Freaky specials at the Saipan Grand Hotel on Oct. 31 at 8pm. In collaboration with Miller Lite, Shell Marianas, Saipan Chamber of Commerce and Off the Beaten Path, there will be carving contest, costume competition, an auction and exciting raffles.
Entrance fee to the Club V is only $5 with a free drink. For those who want to participate in the Auction and the Raffle Draw, there will be an additional $10 fee. All proceeds of the event will go to the good-cause projects of the sponsors.
Shell Marianas will giveaway $200 worth of Shell fuel for the pumpkin-carving contest. Drop off time for the pumpkins is from 5pm to 9pm. The club is giving away a total of $800 for the most outstanding costumes in four categories: eco-friendly, homemade, scariest, and group.
The party will continue throughout the night with the music of the newest and hippest band in town, the Resound.

[B]Trick or Treat[/B] [I]Plumeria Resort[/I]On Halloween Night, the Plumeria Resort will provide additional Trick or Treat for the children in the CNMI. Candies will be available for the kids from 5pm to 8pm on Oct. 31.

Creepy Halloween[/B]
[I]GIG Discotheque[/I]
The premier discotheque on the island will transform on Oct. 31 into a livewire and spookiest party zone in Garapan. Performing live on stage is the Kopi Mates Band belting out your favorite retro and Top 40 hits alternating with Mixmaster Romeo. Following contests will also take place: the scariest face, Dracula Look-a-Like and the ugliest zombie of the night for cash prizes and gift certificates that will surely add to the thrill of the night.
Tattoo World presents the event to you with support from Blue Haus, Shelly’s, Danielle Massage and Beauty Salon, Budweiser, and Tijuana Mexican Grill.
