A Marianas guide to Mother’s Day events

Saipan Tribune gives you a special guide for your Mother’s Day celebration this Sunday, May 14. Promotions range from special brunches and lunches, to dinners offered by the island’s top hotels and restaurants.

Café at the Park

Savor a five-course meal at the Café at the Park in front of the beautiful American Memorial Park in Garapan. The five-course meal includes: Cold, Soup, Carving Station, Hot, and Dessert. Carving Station includes slow roasted U.S.-certified beef strip loin crusted with garlic herbs. Pacific Islands Club

A Special Brunch at the Magellan and Seaside Grill Restaurants from 11am to 2pm. At the Magellan Restaurant, $25 per adult and $12.50 per child age 4 to 11. For the Waterpark and Sunday Brunch promo, fee is $30 per adult and $25 a child age 4 to 11. At the Seaside Grill Restaurant, Sunday Brunch $32 per adult and $16 per child ages four to 11. Mothers dining at the Seaside Grill will enjoy 50-percent off valid on Sunday only. Complimentary Waterpark passes will also be given, valid on that day only. Resident discounts also apply.

Mothers are entitled to a raffle promo. Lucky moms can win fabulous prizes such as 25” color TV, overnight stay at Aquarius Beach Tower, mobile phones, and other surprise packages.

Hyatt Regency Saipan

Treat mothers on special Sunday Brunch at Giovanni’s and Kili Café from 10:30am to 2pm while being entertained by SandCastle resident performers as they grace the event with a fashion show. Mother’s Day Sunday Brunch is only $35 per person and half price for children age 5 to 12 only.

Aqua Resort Club

Mother’s Day Brunch and Mother’s Day One Stop Gift Shop Showcase, especially for mothers from 11am to 2pm at Costa Terrace Restaurant and Raraina Restaurant. ARC will be providing a one-stop extravaganza for Mother’s Day needs that includes a Special Brunch, gifts for moms, and family studio portrait. Fee is only $25 per adult and $12.50 per child. A local 10 percent discount is also applicable.

Special Mother’s Day Brunch features a Gift Shop showcase with flowers, ladies accessories, dress and casual wear, candles, aroma goods, ARC Gift Certificates/lunch, seafood buffet, spa and many more. Hotel Nikko Saipan

Mother’s Day Sunday Brunch from 11am to 2pm at the Serena Chinese Restaurant with live music, free flowers to all mothers, free pool pass, Mother’s Day special lechon, and assorted sushi counter. Sunday Brunch is for only $25 per adult, $15 per child and $15 per senior citizen age 50 and above with ID. Local discounts are applicable and Fountains Club members are also welcome. Food treats include Chef’s Service, Chinese cuisine, including cold and hot items, and western cuisine that also includes cold and hot items.

Saipan Grand Hotel

A feast for only $22 per person at the Aoi Japanese Restaurant. Special gifts for all mothers will be given away, together with complimentary family photo by Saipan Photo Lab. Get a chance to win an overnight stay for two, Sunday brunch for two, and dinner by the garden for two at Surf Terrace.

Kids Mini Food Fair will delight kids as they enjoy their own food fair at the spacious hotel lobby. Kids will feast on favorites such as hamburgers, French fries, pizza, chicken drumsticks, spaghetti, nachos, ice cream, and free Whimsy Game play. Fiesta Resort & Spa

The most festive way to treat moms in the CNMI is the hotel’s Sunday Brunch at Mai Restaurant for $25 per adult and $12.50 per child and Sunday Lunch at World Café for $18 per adult and $9 per child. Dine-in guests will be given free photo sessions with their family. Flowers for moms, hats for dad, and much more will add to the celebration on that day. The hotel also offers special room packages from May 13 to 14 and June 10 to 11 for only $99 per day that is tax included with continental breakfast for two.
