Diaz is the MVA’s employee of Q4
The Marianas Visitors Authority recently selected Edward D. Diaz as the recipient of the Employee of the Quarter award for the 4th quarter.
Diaz is currently the Community Development Assistant for the Public Relations & Community Programs division at MVA. He is tasked with coordinating community development programs, projects and activities involving the local community. He assists two Community Development Specialists and works closely with various department and community organizations in addressing the CNMI’s cultural, historical and beautification needs as it relates to tourism.
Diaz was awarded this recognition for his outstanding performance within the division, his good attendance, and his excellent team spirit.
As the employee of the quarter, Diaz received a certificate of recognition and $100.
“Mr. Diaz continues to transparently perform and demonstrate the qualities required to exceed the performance standards of the Marianas Visitors Authority,” said MVA acting deputy managing director Martin Dueñas. “The challenge that Mr. Diaz took since his employment here has reaped great benefits for both himself and the Authority.”
