NMI represented in Moscow travel fair

Century Tours and Asia Pacific Hotels Inc. Saipan Group participated in the March 22- 25 Moscow International Exhibition called “Travel and Tourism” to represent Saipan and Northern Marianas Islands.
The purpose of the participation was to increase awareness of Saipan and Asia Pacific Hotels Inc. Saipan Group.
Awareness was built through presentations made to Russian media and travel agencies. Century Tours and Asia Pacific Hotels Inc. Saipan group conducted several presentations to introduce the CNMI as a perfect destination, with a rich history and a lot of beautiful sights.
The CNMI is a very attractive destination to Russian travelers because it is a U.S. territory, a U.S. visa is not required, the ATB issuance is prompt, and several convenient flights through Korea, China, and Japan. They are also attracted to the friendly and helpful local community, the beautiful beaches without strong waves, the perfect climate, and the safety of the place.
MITT ranks third in the international rating of tourist exhibitions. Some 2,700 companies from 110 countries and regions participated and 110, 000 travel agents and individuals visited MITT this year. The exhibition was accommodated in four pavilions of the Expocenter.
The MITT exhibition was held with the support of the Committee for Economic Policy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the Moscow government, Committee for Tourism of Moscow, and Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs. (PR)
