Hop over to Café at the Park on Easter Sunday

What better way to spend time with family and friends on Easter than over an amazing brunch. Café at the Park will create a special Easter brunch Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Whether it’s an intimate couple or a large party, this will be the place to be on Easter.
Your meal will begin with an appetizer consisting of Tiger Prawn cocktail with Island Tropical Fruit. This will be followed by a Chicken Consommé with Quail Eggs and a Mixed Garden Green Salad with Honey and Carrot Vinaigrette. The Easter entrée will be Grilled Herb Crusted Mahi Mahi topped with Poached Eggs and Hollandaise and accompanied with Garlic Fried Rice and Sautéed Vegetables. And what is Easter without a great dessert! Café at the Park will have Banana Cake with Strawberry Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream. The cost per person will be $15.95 and will include coffee and iced tea. The regular menu will also be available.
