This is a letter of appreciation to Calvin Yamagishi and Joeten Motors. I know service departments at dealers are supposed to be high-priced, have poor service, and are dishonest—but not this time. This time the service and the quality of repair work I recently received at Joeten Motors was exceptional. Calvin was as considerate, communicative and cost-conscious as any service provider I have ever used. He assigned a top-notch mechanic to our car who fixed a longstanding problem and kept me informed along the way. I wish all my mechanical experiences were as satisfying. Thank you Calvin and Joeten Motors.
