Kagman Elementary School’s Primary Grades Forensic Competition for Carolinian and Chamorro students enrolled in the Bilingual Programs of the Public Schools was held in San Antonio Elementary on March 11, 2006. This was the first time that bilingual students in the primary grades—Kindergarten to 5th grades—joined the PGFC meet. The other Forensic competition held at San Vicente Elementary School last Feb. 11, 2006 was only for bilingual students in grades 6th and 8th, so the Kagman competition was a big chance for all bilingual students from Kindergarten to Grade 5 to participate.
