For those lucky enough to purchase tickets for tomorrow’s “Trench Warz: Caged In,” they are definitely in for a night full of intense action as 19 fights are set to take place in the Trench Tech-Pure Bred Saipan Gym.

With various martial arts such as kickboxing, boxing, submission grappling, and no-holds barred anything-goes type of fights expected to heat up the Trench cage, event coordinator Cuki Alvarez explained that the second edition of Trench Warz would be bigger than expected.

“With 19 fights and all these guys ready to show their stuff in the cage, one thing’s for sure is that we’re going to rock this place,” Alvarez said.

As reported earlier, Trench Tech’s Jason Tarkong and hard-hitting street fighter Dave Kapileo will battle in the main event, while Frank “The Crank” Camacho faces his uncle Mike Camacho in the semi-main event.

The bouts leading up to the two fights are expected to be more than an appetizer for spectators. Opening the evening will be a boxing bout between Chris Sablan and Rob Palacios.

Trench Tech’s Ken Tanzawa will then battle Rusty Ada of Graccie Barra, while Trench’s T.J. Ocampo faces Herman Duenas, also of Graccie Barra. Both fights are submission grappling.

Slade “The Palauan Phenom” Adelbai then goes head to head with Paul Iginoef in a super heavyweight no-holds barred fight. Other NHB fights include street fighters Jess Ruben and John Babauta facing off, Giovanni Sablan taking on Fury III fighter Roland Kapileo, Jay Santos fighting John Maliti, Ferdinand Fitial locking up with Ray Alvarez III, Anthony Duenas taking on J.D. Reyes, Pete Ruben fighting Mabel Ngirngemelas, Julian Fitial facing Joe Blas, Clifford Masga taking on Jack Crisostimo, and Bill Saures banging heads with Herman Villagomez.

Musician Walter Manglona will also put his skills to the test as he takes on Dan Atalig in a submission match.

Also making a return after fighting in the inaugural Trench Warz main event is Bernie Neth, who faces James Blas of Trench Tech.

All in attendance will also witness a professional kickboxing fight between Lar Wongtanya and Bunsong Srisomkhilo, both of Thailand.

“You’ll see the real deal Thai boxing…no shin guards, no gear. It’s as real as Thai fights get,” Alvarez said earlier.

According to Alvarez, the 350 tickets made for the event are all sold out. However, he has been working on making more room at the gym to accommodate more spectators.

“Try your luck to buy tickets at the gate,” he said.

In the inaugural Trench Warz held in November last year, Frank Camacho defeated Bernie Neth in the main event, while Jason Tarkong stopped Kelvin Fitial in the semi-main event.
