SANTA RITA, Guam—Jeanette Lee, better known in the competitive world of billiards as “The Black Widow,” will hold a trick-shot demonstration and autograph session for the Navy community and other authorized patrons of the Navy’s Morale, Welfare and Recreation tomorrow, Feb. 8, on Naval Base Guam.

Lee turned professional in 1993 and was ranked No. 1 less than two years later by the Women’s Professional Billiards Association. Since then, she has had more than a dozen tournament wins in the 1990s alone. Her most notable accomplishment is garnering the gold medal for the U.S. during the 2001 Akita World Games in Japan.

Most recently, she took first place in the Cuetec Cues Florida Classic in December 2004, the Women’s Trick Shot Challenge in August 2004, and the Atlanta Women’s Open in March 2004. Lee also authored “The Black Widow’s Guide to Killer Pool” in 2000. (PR)
