MHLO staff completes training

After 34 successful sessions of dynamic, interactive leadership training with the Pacific Potential, LLC, all Marianas Hawaii Liaison Office staff received certificates of completion last Jan. 13.

After the distribution of certificates, and a prayer of gratitude, a potluck luncheon celebration followed.

Dr. Morris Graham and Mr. Arthur Dole Tamasamoa Hannemann conducted the weekly seminars. Dr. Graham and Hannemann are owners of the Pacific Potential, LLC, a marketing services, management consulting and training seminars company who have extensive clientele in Hawaii and the Pacific. They are instructors of over 100 types of seminars tailored for specific organizations.

MHLO was very fortunate to experience Dr. Graham’s and Hannemann’s positive energy and exhilarating seminars, said liaison officer Jean D. Sablan.

“If there is anything that I would like my legacy to say when I leave the Liaison Office, is that I was instrumental in giving all MHO staff the tools (through these seminars) to enhance their performances at work, in the community and in their personal lives as well,” she said.

Dr. Graham, R.O.D.P., is a senior executive vice president and graduate of Brigham Young University (BA & MS in Applied Psychology), He has a Ph.D in (Developmental Clinical Psychology) from the University of Arizona, and a (Post-Doctorate in Organization Development) from Edinburgh University, Scotland.

Hannemann is a chief services officer and a graduate of Brigham Young University (BA Social Work) He has a Masters degree in (Human Resources Management) from the University of Redlands, California. (PR)
