The group organizing the welcome for the CNMI’s troops needs your help.

Today and tomorrow night will be the last nights that they will be gathering at the Army Reserve Center to make ribbons.

“We’re getting closer and closer to when our troops get be home! We’re all excited! But we’re also getting very nervous because we’re running out of time and there’s still so much to do. We really need all the help that we can get. So can you help us?” said Tania Fleming in an e-mail message.

She urged the community to show its support and love by going down to the Army Reserve Center (no military ID required) and help make ribbons.

“We are in the first building on the left as you enter the main gates,” she said. “We will be there from 3pm to 9pm every night for the next two nights only. Then we meet next week to start posting them up.”

“Bring your sister, mother, your teenage nieces and friends to help make ribbons. Or come alone! We really need your help,” she added.
