Hopwood events in November

* Hopwood Junior High School will run out of 2005-06 student data portfolios (handbooks) that it uses for home-school communication. Hopwood has a limited number of 2004-05 handbooks available as a substitute, but those who want to get them are advised that the policies, procedures, and calendar dates may be slightly different in last year’s handbook. If anyone has any questions or needs clarification on any current information, call the school at 664-5075. A nominal replacement fee of $1 will be charged for each replacement handbook.

* On Nov. 27, Sunday, vice principal Gagaring will be organizing a community workday on Hopwood’s campus. Students are requested to bring their entire family and any tools and/or gardening equipment you may have. The affair is a potluck, barbeque, and work together affair. Call 664-5003 to volunteer or to sign up to bring potluck items. (PR)
