The Saipan Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring debates this year as a way for the public to become more informed about the important election issues and to learn the positions of candidates for office. The debates are also a fundraiser for the Chamber, both for the Education Scholarship Fund and for the Armed Forces Committee’s work in welcoming visiting military vessels.
