In search of vintage bombs

Do you or anyone you know have information regarding old World War II bomb sites, ammunition bunkers/storage facilities, Air fields or historical points on Saipan where any type of dangerous unexploded ordinance may be found?

AMPROS, Inc., a HAZMAT service company, in collaboration with the Department of Environmental Quality, invites the public to attend a public forum, presented by Project UXO. Project UXO has been coordinating an unexploded ordnance survey on Saipan. The public forum is intended to bring awareness to the community and provide the general public with the opportunity to contribute to the project.

Join them on the following dates to participate in this worthwhile effort in the interest of public safety:

* Today, Aug. 25, at the Multi Purpose Center, from 6pm to 8pm.

* Saturday, Aug. 27, at the Multi Purpose Center, from 3pm to 5pm.

Light refreshments will be served for attendees.
