WSR late reg ongoing

William S. Reyes Elementary School will begin late registration for school year 2005-2006 from July 11 to 22.

Kindergarten students must be born between Sept. 1, 1999 to Aug. 31, 2000 to be eligible to register and must be residing within the Chalan Kanoa, Susupe, As Perdido and Chalan Piao School Zone. Same goes to the rest of the grade levels. Registration will be held in the principal’s office from 8:30am to 3pm.

WSR cannot guarantee to make copies of documents. Therefore, in order to prevent unnecessary delay parents are urged to provide the school registrar with COPIES of the following documents: Birth Certificate; Health Certificate; Health Insurance; Report Card; Transfer paper from previous school; and Social Security Number.
