Customers urged to use services of store’s Master Fit Technicians
Athlete’s Foot facilitates what it calls Fit Technician Training to develop and ingrain knowledge among its sales associates. The word “develop” in the Fit Technician Training module means to educate, enlighten, grow and challenge.
Associates are granted the freedom to learn concepts and techniques about athletic footwear and the anatomy of a human foot in a cooperative, non-threatening, and non-judgmental environment.
Sales associates at The Athlete’s Foot under the Fit Technician Training go through a learning process called “Behavior Modeling,” which is comprised of role modeling skills, practicing, reinforcing learned skills and transferring skills. The videotapes that are shown to the associates during training and the tests that they are presented help to reinforce the Behavior Modeling process.
Athlete’s Foot said that Master Fit Technicians who are currently with the company are Larry Portes, Marlor Pagsisihan, Beverly Santos, Erika Komatsu, Frances Pinaula, Norma Nestor, Leovanie Camacho, and Harland Dl. Reyes. Customers are able to point out MFT’s by their MFT pin on the left hand side of their uniform collar.
Athlete’s Foot would also like to acknowledge their Certified Sales Associates who passed basic customer service training and tests. Names of associates include Anthony Llagas, Artemia Kaipat, Gemma Dizon, and Randy Laitan.
At Athlete’s Foot customer service is made a top priority. Associates understand the importance of taking care of customers and delivering to goods that they need.
Athlete’s Foot management would like to invite the public to take advantage of their Master Fit Technicians to get some information about footwear technology and some information on basic foot anatomy that may be essential to purchasing shoes that fit to prevent foot problems. (PR)
