MIFICPA MARKS 10 TODAY
The Marianas Institute of Filipino CPAs and Accountants, or Mificpa, is organizing a special get-together to celebrate its 10-plus years of fruitful and exciting existence.
The event, aptly dubbed “Accountants Nite,” will be held today, May 14, 6pm at Ocean Palace Shark’s Fin Seafood Restaurant, along Beach Road, beside Winchell’s in Susupe.
The evening will present, among other things, the special features of the latest U.S. CPA Review Program.
Mificpa said the celebration is one way to honor its members and encourage those that are not yet members to join. Lots of special fun and surprises are being prepared.
Dinner will be served, free of charge for accountants only. Strictly RSVP.

BAR EXAMINATIONS SET
The Commonwealth Bar Examinations are scheduled to be administered on July 27 and 18, 2005. The essay exam will be on Wednesday, July 27, 2005 and the Multistate Bar Examination will be on Thursday, July 28, 2005. All interested applicants can obtain the application form and necessary information on http://www.justice.gov.mp or by calling 236-9800 or by writing to the Director of Court/Bar Administrator at P.O. Box 502165, Saipan, MP 96950.
All applications and required fees must be submitted to the Director of Court/Bar Administrator no later than May 31, 2005.
