Emergency water outage in Koblerville

The Commonwealth Utilities Corp.’s Water Division is informing its customers within the Koblerville region that an emergency water outage in the area occurred at around 3:30pm yesterday.

A contractor doing an excavation work along the main road in Koblerville accidentally damaged an 8-inch water main.

Areas affected include Koblerville, San Antonio, Afetnas and Tottotville.

“Our Water Division personnel are currently working on the damaged water main and we anticipate completing the repair within four to five hours and regular water services will be restored,” CUC said. “We would like to apologize for the inconvenience.”
