A company has sued a man to compel payment of debt amounting to over $11,000.

Mid-Pac Micronesia sued Candido Castro, who does business as Castro & Associates.

In a complaint filed with the Superior Court, Mid-Pac’s lawyer, Danilo T. Aguilar, said Castro failed to settle the debt despite demand. The alleged debt has amounted to at least $11,805.84, inclusive of charges, as of March 5, 2004.

On that date, Mid-Pac sent Castro a demand letter to settle the debt, Aguilar said. He said Mid-Pac notified Castro that he had defaulted on the debt payment.

Aguilar also asked the court to assess Castro the costs incurred from filing the suit.
