Application for tax amnesty program ongoing

The Division of Revenue and Taxation is informing taxpayers that special return forms are now available for delinquent taxpayers who would like to avail of the amnesty period.
Taxpayers who need assistance on delinquent tax payments should contact collection and remittance branch manager Lisa A. Aldan at 664-1065/664-1067. Taxpayers who need assistance to file a special tax return should contact compliance branch manager Piding B. Camacho at 664-1043/664-1040.

The Division of Customs Service is also informing all consignees that special return forms are now available for delinquent taxpayers who would like to avail of the amnesty program, which waives penalty and interest for tax on accounts receivables for the periods before Jan. 1, 2004.
Taxpayers who need assistance on delinquent excise tax payments or assistance to file a special tax return should contact Inspector Robert Reyes, acting OIC for the SCIT (Compliance) Branch at 664-1606 or 664-1617.
The Division of Customs Services SCIT Branch office is located in the Saipan Stevedore Warehouse A, across the Mobil main office in Lower Base.
