A Japanese national yesterday sued another for allegedly breaching their contract over a $20,000 investment.

Masatsugu Honda filed with the Superior Court a civil action against Keizo Ishida, which seeks to collect from the latter the amount of monetary investment plus interest.

Honda claimed that he gave Ishida the $20,000 on Dec. 27, 2002 for the operation of a game room on Saipan.

Honda’s lawyer, Danilo T. Aguilar, said that Ishida never reported to his client the status of the investment since then.

Aguilar also said that Honda did not receive any dividend payment from Ishida in the past two years.
