CHACHA REPORT CARD DAY, OPEN HOUSE

This is to inform all parents, guardians, and the community that the Chacha Oceanview Jr. High School will be issuing first quarter report cards and having an open house on Friday, Oct. 22, between the hours of 3:30pm-5:30pm. This is an opportunity to discuss the academic progress of your child(ren) with their teachers this past quarter. We are strongly encouraging all stakeholders to come on this day.

KAGMAN HIGH REPORT CARD DAY, PTSA MEETING

This is to inform all parent/legal guardians of Kagman High School students that Report Card distribution and PTSA meeting will be on Thursday, Oct. 21, from 5pm to 7pm. We encourage all of you to come in and pick up your child/children’s report card and also, to attend the PTSA meeting.

* Oct. 22 1st Quarter Awards Ceremony in the cafeteria
* Oct. 25 United Nations Day/Peace Builders Day Cheer Competition Assembly. Parents are welcome

OLEAI ELEMENTARY’S OCTOBER SCHEDULE

Oct. 21—Half-day class session and 1st quarter report cards distribution:

1. Half-Day Class Session on Thursday, Oct. 21, 2004. Students will be released at 12:30p.m. Parents whose children are not bus riders are being encouraged to pick up their children promptly at 12:30pm so that teachers have the final preparation for the 1st quarter Report Card Distribution and parents-teachers conference later in the evening.

2. 1st Quarter Report Cards Distribution & Parents/Teachers Conference will take place at OES campus from 4:30pm to 6:30pm on Thursday, Oct. 21.

3. Academic Fair I: The students 1st quarter academic projects and experiments and other class work will be exhibited in the school cafeteria during our 1st Quarter Report Card Day Distribution.

Oct. 22, 2004: Halloween Dance
1. Halloween Dance at the OES campus from 6pm to 8pm. Entry fee is $0.75 cents with costume and $1 without costume. All students, parents, and teachers are encouraged to attend. The STUCO Club and Faculty Club will be selling drinks and snacks.

Oct. 29: STUCO Club Halloween Candy Gram Sale and Annual Domestic Violence Candle Light Vigil:
1. The prices for the Candy Gram Sale orders range from .50, $1 to $3. All parents, teachers, and students are encouraged to support the STUCO Club Halloween Candy Gram Sale. “If you are interested to order, call our school or see our STUCO Club Advisors for more information.”
2. Students, teachers, and parents are invited and encouraged to attend the Annual Domestic Violence Candle Light Vigil at 5pm to 8pm. The vigil march will start at Micro Beach Pavilion to Paseo De Marianas, Garapan Street Market area.
