Bayani Agbayani and the Sex Bomb Girls will be taking Saipan by storm this afternoon in a concert at the Hopwood Junior High School.

The show—a fundraising event by the Northern Marianas College Foundation, Tan Holdings Foundation and other sponsors to benefit the Northern Marianas College—will feature Saipan’s own Big Beats band as the opening act.

Tickets are available at NMC, Pacific Trading, Shirley’s, Tapo Shopping, Saipan Tribune, Seaside Mart, BJ Halina’s Restaurant, and Joeten Susupe, Garapan, Dandan stores, and at the gate.

Agbayani is known for his smash hit single “Otso Otso,” while the Sex Bomb Girls made famous the dance track “Spageti Song.”

According to organizers, this is a concert “on the green” (grass). The audience is invited to bring beach towels and blankets to sit on. No outside food and drinks will be allowed. No video cameras or recorders will be allowed. Doors open at 4pm, while the concert itself will start at 5pm.

People holding tickets ($15 adults / $10 for children under 12; under 2 years old is free) or who buy tickets at the gate will be allowed to park inside the Hopwood ball field.

Sponsors of the event include Tan Holdings Foundation, Pepsi, Dai-ichi Hotel Saipan Beach, Joeten Charitable Foundation, Saipan Tribune, KZMI FM 103.9, Pacifica Insurance, Marianas CableVision, Verizon, Shirley’s Coffee Shops (a third one is opening soon in Susupe), Securewest International, AON Insurance, Salon de Manila and the Century Hotel.
