Your favorite “Take The Plunge” Nestea drink has a new flavor—Calamansi.
Cocal-Cola Beverage Company (Micronesia), Inc. announced yesterday the availability of Nestea Calamansi Iced Tea in the CNMI.
Kathryn Barry, Sales and Marketing Director of CCBC (Micronesia), Inc., which distributes Nestea products in the CNMI, said that a decision was made to introduce the product in the CNMI because of its familiarity with Filipino consumers. Calamansi belongs to the citrus family and is a rich source of Vitamin C.
“Iced tea is becoming a popular beverage. Since it is one of the preferred thirst-quenchers of many people here, Nestea Calamansi Iced Tea is an exciting addition to our beverage portfolio,” Barry said.
She added that Nestea Calamansi Iced Tea has a refreshing, crisp taste. “It is tasty and not too sweet. We’re excited to be able to offer our consumers this new Nestea flavor,” she said.
Nestea Calamansi Iced Tea belongs to the Nestea family of products, which is famous for its ready to drink (RTD) iced tea. Nestea RTD Iced Tea invigorates, refreshes, and quenches like no other. It’s always delicious, no matter which flavor you choose.
CCBC (Micronesia), Inc. is launching Nestea Calamansi Iced Tea by conducting free product tasting at selected stores in the CNMI.
Consumers can also tune in to local radio stations starting today for trivia questions for a chance to win a six-pack of Nestea Calamansi Iced Tea.
