The NMC Office of Admissions and Records
Northern Marianas College offers programs to all interested students who want tot succeed in life by pursuing higher education. NMC has an open-door policy, which does not discriminate any student from enrolling in any programs it offers. NMC has graduated thousands of students of all ethnic backgrounds since its inception in May 1981.
The Office of Admission and Records takes pride in providing great service with a professional and positive attitude in a friendly environment. It is usually the first office prospective students visit, and the last office students visit before transferring or graduating.
The Office of Admission and Records serve students by:
* Processing applications for new and returning students ;
* Register new/ongoing/re-admission students;
* Processing of transcripts (official and unofficial);
* Providing admissions counseling and guidance to meet admission requirements;
* Processing change in student’s academic program, grade changes, withdrawals and special consideration petition;
* Maintaining and updating accurate official student academic records and status information;
* Providing data to academic departments, faculty and student advisors;
* Evaluating student’s academic progress and certifying completion of certificate and degree programs.
