Can I stop paying my CDA loan now?

Kindly forgive my ignorance on the credit relief bill but I would like to know if I will be reimbursed for all those payments I made, and since I have about one year more to go should I stop making payment? If so, I beg my governor to sign it into law. If not, hello! Actually, I support the idea of helping those delinquents that are trying hard by having their loans stretched to accommodate their payment ability. And those who are just plain irresponsible (completely ignoring to make payment) should be dealt with accordingly. To go beyond stretching is not only an insult but cheating, too. And pointing fingers and or accusing one another now will not solve this problem. Let’s help those who are in need. After all, our leaders are a part to this problem, if you know what I mean.

Another thing, does anyone understand what Greg “Kilili” Sablan is talking about? If so, does anyone care to do anything about it? Come-on, boys, there must be something that you people can do. Think about it.
