Hard Rock introduces military discount
Hard Rock Café will be giving military personnel a 10 percent discount on food, beverages and merchandise purchases effective Aug. 1.
After the approval of the promotion from the main office of Hard Rock in Brazil, Hard Rock offices in Saipan and on Guam were informed of the discount offered for military identification card holders.
According to Roderick O. Zandueta, local sales and marketing executive of the rock and roll-theme restaurant, the promotion will be in effect every year from August through December.
“We handled and planned for over three months, until such time we finally implemented the discount for the military,” he said.
The discount will not apply to set menu meal, local lunch, alcoholic beverages, and happy hours menu.
“The discount is not valid with any other discount offers like the 30 percent off from appetizers during happy hour” added Zandueta.
Hard Rock also offers a local discount of 20 percent and a reasonable price for the children’s meal in the special menu. “Tourist get a 10 percent discount coupon from their travel agent when they come to Hard Rock,” said Zandueta. (Cassie DLG Fejeran)
