Power outage for hotels, garment factories set

The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. is undergoing emergency power outages for hotels and garment factories due to ongoing electrical repair of an engine. In the event that an additional load has to be taken off-line, the following load-shedding schedule will take effect:

Feeder 4: 6:30pm–8pm – Sadog Tasi, Capitol Hill, As Teo, Kagman, Papago

Kiya 1: 8pm–10pm – Chalan Kiya substation, San Vicente, Airport Road, As Perdido, Koblerville, Dandan, and parts of Papago

“CUC solicits the community’s patience, cooperation and understanding while the necessary work is completed,” the agency said in a statement. (PR)
