On the reuse of Puerto Rico dump

Is it possible for DPW to publish the options in the media before the June 18 public meeting? This will probably facilitate discussion and offer background information that may be technical in nature.

What are the biohazards that are remaining in the dump, if any? How big is the area? Is the surrounding water feasible for swimming? and so forth…..

Why not just turn the whole place into a botanical garden/park that is more accessible to the community than the memorial park…. plant flame trees, golden showers, acacias, indigenous trees and shrubs, and many fruit trees that will do well in that location.
