NMI students invited to visit S. Korea

The Saipan Junior Chamber is inviting all high school and college student to participate in the 13th Annual Saipan Junior Chamber Student Visit to Korea Program.

For five days, beginning June 21 until June 26th 2004, students will have the opportunity to visit the sights and sounds of Seoul, Korea as well as the opportunity to make new friends.

All students from Saipan, Tinian and Rota are encouraged to complete an application.

Eligibility is based on the following:

• CNMI resident

• Attending any public or private high school or college (16 years and above only)

• Grade-point average of 3.0 or above

• Has not participated in past Korea Visit Program

There is a $300 registration fee in order to participate. The fee is inclusive of air and ground transportation, lodging, meals and other expenses that may arise during the program. Applications may be faxed at 235-9214 (attn Yohan) or 234-1270 (attn ReinaC). All completed applications are due by Tuesday, June 1, 2004

This project is being implemented with the support of the Marianas Flame Tree Junior Chamber and Junior Chamber International–Pacific.
