In celebration of March as the American Red Cross Month, the widely-known organization is holding a CPR and First-Aid course, which will be provided free of charge to interested members of the CNMI community.

Red Cross-CNMI said this will be done to show the group’s appreciation to the continued support of the Northern Marianas community in several of the organization’s activities and projects.

Red Cross said this is a good opportunity for individuals who are interested in becoming certified in CPR and Basic First-Aid.

The eight-hour class will be held on March 31 beginning at 8am. Interested individuals are encouraged to reserve a place by calling the chapter office at 234-3459 since classroom space is limited.

During the month of March, and into April, the American Red Cross will be focusing on the many community services it offers the Northern Marianas community.
