Worker attacks colleague

An angry garment factory worker attacked her co-worker after she found out that there was no more rice left for her at the kitchen for breakfast.

Police arrested Zheny Lu Li, 28, an employee of Mariana Fashions, after she assaulted another worker Tuesday around 8:00 a.m., according to DPS spokesperson Rose Ada.

Investigation showed that Ms. Li went to work to get her breakfast but was disappointed to find out that the cafeteria had ran out of rice. Instead of thanking a fellow worker for offering her food, Ms. Li took a knife and attacked the employee.

She has been charged with assault and arrested by the police.
