For: Baseball umpires and coaches

Eligibility: Umpires & coaches from Little, Jr., Senior, Big, and Major Leagues from Saipan, Tinian & Rota

Site: Gilbert Ada Gym, Susupe

Instructor: Ray Brown, Baseball Confederation of Oceania Development officer

Institute’s Goal: Certification for coaches and umpires

For coaches: May 22-24, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

For umpires: May 25-26, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Coaches and umpires may attend both institutes for certification

For registration: Call Rose Igitol or Tony Rogolofoi and register before May 22
