Police arrested early Monday morning a school principal for disturbing the peace during a Halloween party at the Hyatt Regency’s Gilligan’s.

Based on a police report, Michael Christopher Miller, principal for the grade school department of Mt. Carmel, pushed and threatened to kill hotel security guard Rizalino M. Penalosa when the latter asked him to get off the stage while a band was performing.

A number of guests had complained to the manager the rowdy behavior of Miller, who was heavily intoxicated at that time.

Rizalino told the police that Miller refused to leave the stage and started shouting profanities.

According to the hotel security guard, Miller threatened to kill him when he told the school principal that he would call the police.

Police authorities are preparing charges of assault and battery and disturbing the peace against Miller.
