Restaurant catches fire

A Japanese restaurant in Susupe caught fire yesterday forcing other tenants in the building to scamper for safety. The incident took place around 2:30 p.m. and caused heavy traffic along the road.

There were no reports of injuries, and police said they are still investigating the cause of the fire.

DPS seeks information on robbery suspect

Police are asking the public to provide information regarding a man who robbed the Little Prince Poker Game Room in Garapan Monday at around 12:58 am.

Investigation showed that the suspect, about 5’6″ in height and about 145 lbs walked into the establishment and fired a singled shot before fleeing with the money.

The suspect was last seen wearing a camouflage fatigue shirt wrapped above his forehead and a red covering his face. He also wore a light blue, long sleeve polo shirt and beige pants.
