DARE 18-hole golf tourney

The Department of Public Safety’s Drug and Alcohol Resistance Education (DARE.) Program will be holding its lst Annual 18-Hole Open Golf Tournament on Sunday, Oct. 24, 1999. The public is invited to participate in this event.
Prizes for this tournament include a brand new car, courtesy of Triple J Motors, cash prizes and other giveaways.
The fee has been set for $100.00 per player

RGA November Ace
The Refaluwasch Golf Association will hold its November Ace of the Month Qualifying Tournament on Saturday, Oct. 23, 1999, at 6:30 a.m. at the Laolao Bay Golf Resort’s West Course. Reservations are available for the first 16 players.

Outrigger clinic at PIC
The Pacific Island Club’s Seaside grill, in cooperation with the Napu Outrigger Club, invites you to participate in a four-hour clinic on outrigger canoe racing and sprints.
This free clinic will be on Saturday, Oct. 23, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
All are welcome to join the special festivities, including a traditional pig roasting on the beach.
