3 men arrested, 1 hunted for various offenses

Police arrested three men on Friday, while another one is still being hunted, for allegedly committing various criminal offenses on Saipan.

Arrested were Franklin C. Crisostomo, 35; Anthony M. Palacios, 31; and Carl Aldan, 18.

Still at large is Patrick Muna, who has an outstanding warrant of arrest for theft and his bail is $1,250 cash, according to Department of Public Safety acting spokesman Jason Tarkong.

Crisostomo was served with an arrest warrant at his residence on Capital Hill for allegedly receiving stolen property. A $20,000 cash bail was imposed.

Palacios was served with an arrest warrant at Sonoda Apartments in Garapan for assault and battery, disturbing the peace, and domestic violence. A $5,000 was bail was imposed.

Aldan was arrested in San Antonio for theft. His bail is $5,000 cash.

Anyone who spots Muña should call 911, or contact Crime Stoppers hotline 234-7272 if they want to remain anonymous, Tarkong said.

Tarkong said no injuries were reported throughout the process of arresting Crisostomo, Palacios, and Aldan.

Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho and Teresa Kim-Tenorio issued the arrest warrants for the four suspects.
