286 new items at public libraries
The Joeten-Kiyu Public Library and the Tinian Public Library has 286 new items, according to JKPL Librarian 1 Ray Deleon Guerrero Jr.
Their new items range from AV2, juveniles to young adults and adults, and Pacific and Asian books. Among the books Deleon Guerrero recommends include Between The Assassinations, The Devil and Miss Prym: A Novel, The Emperor’s Children, Hank The Cowdog, The Witches’ Party, The Phantom Isles, Cook Islands Cook Book, Vince Flynn: Order to Kill, Night School: A Jack Reacher Novel, The Garden Problem Solver, The Craft of Lyric Writing, The Art of Cakes, Dramarama, The Stepsister’s Tale, and Ravage: A Deviants Novel.
JKPL and the Tinian Public Library also have new magazines.
Deleon Guerrero invites the public to stop by JKPL and check out their daily book sale section of books: children’s/young adults and adult fiction, nonfiction, biography, music, educational, medical books, and Japanese/Chinese and Korean books.
JKPL also has a book sale ongoing.
“Our book sale special will be buy 10 get five for free! So come and enjoy our books!” said Deleon Guerrero. “Our new collection of books will be appreciated by not only the regular patrons of the Joeten-Kiyu Public Library but would be appreciated as well by people who haven’t visited their public library and have wondered what types of books and other items we release each month. It is not only to promote literacy each and everyday to the people but inform people of what’s new/what’s up and what’s happening.” (PR)
