2 SIS students get an early crack at college

Saipan International School is proud to announce the acceptance of two of its seniors to outstanding U.S. university programs.

Jeongwoo “Jason” Kim has been accepted to the Early Decision program at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Boston University is one of the finest research and teaching institutions in the world, and home to extraordinary scholars from more than 100 countries who share the desire to lead in a global society. Kim’s accomplishments, academic achievement, and promise have earned him a place to study alongside a select group of peers who are all ambitious, talented students.

Sung Jun Yoon has been offered a place in the pharmacy program at Ohio Northern University. Ohio Northern University has a 95-percent job and graduate school placement rate because students move toward a career long before they graduate. As a pharmacy student, Yoon’s education will be grounded in real-life practice by participating in health-risk screenings, wellness and health education programs, immunization events, medication education and medication therapy management sessions, and other direct patient care services.
