AGO files charges vs 5
The Attorney General’s Office has filed various charges against five individuals: Arnold Litulumar Balbin, Marian R. Demapan, Conrad S. Montano, Juan Borja Camacho, and Jose Rodante Javier.
Balbin was charged with criminal mischief, assault and battery, and violating an order of protection. He allegedly punched and pushed a woman in the presence of a child on March 17, 2006. The defendant also allegedly damaged the victim’s door by kicking it.
Demapan and Montano were charged with disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. The two allegedly disturbed the peace of four persons on March 31, 2006. The defendants pulled their arms away from police officers who were trying to handcuff them.
Camacho was charged with criminal contempt of court, three counts of criminal mischief, and one count of burglary. He allegedly caused damage to the rear door, water and utility breaker, and items at Hong Ying Tiao Gift Shop in Garapan on April 3, 2006.
Javier was charged with sexual assault in the 1st degree, sexual assault in the 2nd degree, sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree, and sexual assault in the second degree. The defendant allegedly sexually abused a minor on April 9, 2006 on Tinian.
