Easter bunny hopping across the island
What’s a better and more joyous way to celebrate Easter than to treat your friends and family members to the luscious food offerings of the different hotels and restaurants in the CNMI. Let the Easter bunny from Saipan Tribune hop and take you to hotels and restaurants with their Easter Sunday food promos from north to south of the island.
PACIFIC ISLANDS CLUB
PIC’s Special Easter Brunch buffet includes an extensive selection of buffet food at The Magellan Restaurant. PIC will offer 10 types of salads including premium items. Its shabu-shabu also opens today.
The hotel’s Magellan feast offers more food stations for wider food selections and a crépe station to gratify the sweet cravings of guests.
The Easter Brunch is at a special rate of $20 per adult and $12.50 per child between 4 to 11 years old. To get the maximum benefits at PIC, guests can get the $30 per adult and $25 per child package, which includes the Brunch buffet and access to the Waterpark. If purchased alone, a Waterpark pass costs $20.
PIC’s fun activities include “Shave your Rabbit Race!!” at the Shark Pool at 10am today followed by an egg decoration activity at the PIC information center.
SAIPAN GRAND HOTEL
The $5 Kids’ Mini Food Fair. A wide array of booths filled with children’s all-time favorites will be available at the hotel. This will be a food fair dedicated solely to satisfying the whimsical taste buds of children. All-time children’s favorites—French fries, pizza, chicken drumsticks, spaghetti, nachos, and ice cream—will be on the list.
The Kids’ Mini Food Fair will cost only $5 and will be from 11am to 2pm today. Kids will also enjoy the games the hotel staff has in store for them. For starters, there will be an egg-painting contest at 11am, followed by an Easter egg hunt, and capped by a Kids’ Sing and Dance Competition.
All kids will get free game tokens at Whimsy and surprise prizes will be given away during the mini food fair. A band composed of young talented musicians will also serenade dine-in guests during the Easter food fair.
Easter brunch is also offered at the Grand’s Aoi Restaurant, featuring an extensive Japanese buffet, all for $20 per person only. VIP cards and 10 percent local discounts apply.
FIESTA RESORT & SPA SAIPAN
The Mai Restaurant, formerly known as Shimbashi Restaurant, offers an Easter Sunday brunch at $25 for adults and $12.50 for kids. The World Café, formerly known as Le Creole, offers an Easter Sunday lunch for only $18 per adult and $9 only for kids. VIP cards and 10 percent local discounts apply.
Easter diners will have the chance to join the hotel’s fun and games. There will be an Easter egg hunt and an egg-painting contest. Great prizes await the winning participants. Free pool passes will be given away to dine in guests and kids will also be given free Whimsy tokens.
To complement the display, an Easter Bunny will join guests for fantastic photo souvenirs of the largest Easter egg display on the island with their families.
AQUA RESORT CLUB
A special Easter brunch and fun, fun activities are offered at Aqua Resort Club’s Costa Terrace Restaurant and Raraina Restaurant today for only $25 per adult and $12.50 per child.
Hotel and local guests as well as other visitors are up for cool and fun activities such as egg hunting by the poolside at 12pm. Kids will also have fun doing the bunny hops at the jumper, to be set up also by the poolside. A magic show by Koby will also delight dine-in guests today. Free pool passes will be given away to dine-in guests.
HOTEL NIKKO SAIPAN
A special Easter brunch awaits hotel and local guests for only $25 per adult and $15 for kids age four to 15 and also $15 for senior citizens. Enjoy the International Theme of Sunday Brunch at the Hotel Nikko with its delectable array of food from Chef’s Service food selection to Chinese cuisine and Western cuisine.
Easter dine-in guests will be given free pool passes, free chocolates and a chance to join the fun with its Easter fun activities such as Easter egg hunting and many more.
Duplicate discounts are not applicable but a 20-percent local discount applies. Fountain Club member are also welcome. The Easter brunch is from 11am to 2pm only.
CAFÉ AT THE PARK
For only $15.95 per dine-in guests, Café at the Park will provide a five-course Easter Sunday Brunch menu that includes an appetizer, soup, salad, entrée and desserts to dine in guests from 10am to 2pm today.
Meals will begin with an appetizer consisting of Tiger Prawn cocktail with Island Tropical Fruit. This will be followed by a Chicken Consommé with Quail Eggs and a Mixed Garden Green Salad with Honey and Carrot Vinaigrette. The Easter entrée will be Grilled Herb Crusted Mahi Mahi topped with Poached Eggs and Hollandaise and accompanied with Garlic Fried Rice and Sautéed Vegetables. For dessert Café at the Park will have Banana Cake with Strawberry Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream. The cost per person will be $15.95 and will include coffee and iced tea. The regular menu will also be available.
JOLLIBEE
Guests will be greeted by its ‘jolly but busy-as-a-bee’ workers for a free-for-all Easter Sunday Fun Day at Jollibee. The fun activities start at 12pm today with Egg Hunting and Bring Your Basket contests.
Diners will get a 10-percent Discount Card, free balloons and ice cream for all the kids that will register. Mascot appearances will delight kids and young-at-hearts with Jollibee, Hetty, Popo and its new mascot, Twirlie.
Special budget promos include a $1.50 Chicken Teriyaki with small drink and only $0.99 for Chicken Teriyaki only.
KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN
Easter Egg Hunting will take place at the fast food chain in Chalan Kanoa as KFC holds an Easter Sunday Fun Day by the KFC parking lot in Chalan Kanoa. Kids are urged to bring their own Easter basket for the contest.
Party ticket is only $4 per child that includes entry to the Egg Hunting Contest, food, and giveaways. Cash prizes of $100 and $25 will also be given away to lucky guest hunters. KFC gift certificates and KFC novelty items also await lucky dine in guests.
TIJUANA MEXICAN GRILL
For those who want to celebrate Easter the Latino way, the new Tijuana Mexican Grill, which is undergoing a gradual facelift and interior design change to give the restaurant a more south-of-the-border feel, is offering the new and delightful Mexican dish called Seafood Tamales, a hot and spicy dish in time for the Lenten season.
Starting tomorrow, two more dishes will be added to the menu—the “Camarones con Naranja y Tequila” and the “Steak Fajita and each week the restaurant will also feature food specials, to be complemented with exquisite desserts.
TASTE OF INDIA
It’s free Samosa or the delectable Naan bread to be given away to dine-in guests today at Taste of India to complement the premier Indian restaurant’s all-time runaway sellers such as the Pumpkin Curry, Vegetable Jalfrazi, Fish Masala, Shrimp Masala, Chicken Spinach, Butter Chicken Masala and Pork Vindaloo among many others.
The free Samosa or Naan will be given away to each dine-in guests regardless of orders for today’s lunch and dinner complementing the island’s Easter Sunday celebrations.
