Billy Blanks set to work out with Guam service members

SANTA RITA, Guam—Billy Blanks, the creator of Tae Bo, will be on Guam on April 13 to conduct two workout sessions on Naval Base Guam for members of the U.S. Armed Forces and patrons of Navy Morale, Welfare and Recreation.

As a fitness trainer, Blanks is known for helping people around the world improve their health and get into shape. He has traveled throughout the United States and to bases overseas to train U.S. service members. Blanks is also an accomplished world karate champion, actor, author, motivator, and philanthropist.

Tae Bo is described as a “revolutionary total body fitness system.” (PR)
