The Northern Marianas College Counseling Programs and Services held an academic advising workshop last March as a refresher course for its faculty and staff and other guests from the CNMI.

According to NMC president Tony V. Deleon Guerrero there were over 65 participants in the academic advising workshop.

“It was a great time to work together and learn new information and refresh the old information on the topic of academic advising,” said Deleon Guerrero.

The CNMI Scholarship Office and NMC Financial Aid also shared information on scholarships and provided Institutional Effectiveness student demographics and student survey data during the workshop.

The Office of Admissions and Records provided information on international students and Counseling Programs and Services shared general information on academic advising.
