We regret that you were not able to get in touch with our office as you indicated in the Letter to the Editor of the Feb. 21 issue of the Saipan Tribune.

I checked with all the division directors of the Department of Commerce including Mr. Glen Manglona who is still with us, but no one has received any correspondence from you. It is true that Mr. Clarence Tenorio has resigned from his former position to which I am now occupying
